Chelski 0-1 Inter

Chelski Out

It really made me happy after hearing the news of Chelski defeat last night. Yihaaaa. It really made my day. Chelski had to wait another season to see whether they could lift the UCL trophy. Already five coaches been used since the arrival of Roman Abromovich who splashed millions to buy great players. May be now he realizes that money cannot buy success. Now Ancelotti feeling the heat as many know that Roman cannot accept defeat kindly as he always want success in speedy way.

I did not watch the game but Ancelotti admit that Chelski did not control the game. Inter started the game with attacking minded line up with Samuel E'too, Goren Pandev and Diego Milito as the strike force. This must came as surprised as many would bet that Mourinho is all out to defend the first leg result. Mourinho really knew all Chelski players very well. All out defend would give Chelski much control that would lead to downfall of Inter. Attacking would be the best policy to frustrate Chelski. And they got the much needed goal by E'too at 78 minutes. Down by aggregate of 1-3, Chelski needed to score two goals. This was a very tall order indeed. At ended time Drogba again red carded.

The red card must be the result of frustration. Again they were dumped. They had come close but yet too far. The aging Chelski squad knew that time is not at their side. Terry, Lampard, Ballack, Drogba are desperate to lift the cup.

I was hoping that Chelski would be eliminated at semi final instead. This would make their fixture a little bit hectic. They had FA Cup semifinal to come. United meanwhile had enough break to concentrate on domestic league. However I'm happy with Chelski defeat.
